Hi, I'm Tim.
I live near Munich, spent a year in Barcelona and travel whenever I can, always with a camera in my bag. On Instagram I share travel and street photography, honest gear talk and the film recipes behind my photos.
I shoot with a Fujifilm X-H2 when quality matters most and a compact X-M5 for everyday travel. I speak German, English and Spanish.

Nutzt du das Kontaktformular, werden die eingegebenen Daten (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, ausgewähltes Anliegen, Nachricht) zur Bearbeitung deiner Anfrage und für mögliche Rückfragen gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, da die Verarbeitung zur Beantwortung deiner Anfrage beziehungsweise zur Durchführung eines daraus entstehenden Auftrags erforderlich ist. Die Daten werden gelöscht, sobald sie für die Bearbeitung nicht mehr benötigt werden, soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.

1. Scope
These terms apply to all shoots and services booked through thefujinomad.com or arranged directly with Tim Manuel Anders (The Fuji Nomad).
2. Bookings & cancellations
A booking is binding once confirmed by both sides. You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot. A later cancellation or a no-show is charged at 50% of the agreed price.
3. Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, edited photos are delivered digitally within 48 hours of the shoot.
4. Usage rights
You receive a simple usage right for private purposes and for posting on your own social media channels. Using the photos for advertising, commercial campaigns, or reselling them to third parties is not permitted without a separate written agreement.
5. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date, without deduction.
6. Liability
Liability follows the applicable statutory provisions. To the extent legally permitted, no liability is assumed for indirect damages or lost profit; liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
7. Final provisions
German law applies. Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions stay unaffected.
